Sean and Kendra

One year ago today I married the most amazing man in the world.  We have had a wonderful first year of marriage.  They say the first is the hardest but this was a great year for us, so I hope the rest are just as good and even better.  For our first anniversary, Sean planned a trip to Chattanooga.  It turned out to be a beautiful day to be out and about in downtown Chatt.  We stayed at “our” hotel and was able to walk everywhere, which I love.  We first walked all around by the aquarium and the river, while listening to the local bluegrass festival.  Then over the bridge to Coolidge Park, to the very spot where Sean proposed.  That must be the “spot” because there were several copules taking pics there!  Then to the shops for some Clumpy’s ice cream.  The best coconut almond and sweet cream for me and of course a plain old vanilla shake for Sean.  YUMMO.  Then back the 100 mile hike back to the hotel while we enjoyed our ice cream.  So many people were out on their bikes..wish we would have hauled ours up here (no bike rack yet on the car).   Then we got ready for dinner.  Big River downtown and some UT football.  Great food as always–stuffed chicken with crab for me and chicken and ribs for Sean.  Then for my surprise..Sean took me the Haunted Carnevil!!!  It was actually pretty cool.  For some reason, I like haunted houses, etc but he hates them so it was a fun surprise.  Then back downtown to enjoy the Chattanooga scenery.  Overall, we had a wonderful first anniversary.  Thank you Sean for a wonderful year of being a great husband and my best friend!  Here’s to many more.

Well the day has finally come.  We got our wedding pictures today and I couldn’t be happier.  The photos are truly a representation of our special day and a gift that we will always cherish.  They were shot by Saprina and Brian Westmoreland of Photography by Saprina.  They were both very patient and professional and made the experience an enjoyable one.  So here they are …
