    Welcome Braxton Wallace

Today God blessed us with a wonderful baby boy.  Weighing in at 7 pounds and 4 ounces and 20 inches long.  He is (as you can see) a very handsom child.  We want to thank everyone that called, visited, or though of us during and after our pregnancy.  We truly appreciate all of your kindness.  Thank you for sharing this special moment with us as we welcome or first child into the world.

    Graduation

The journey that I started in May of 2009 is finally over.  I graduated July 17, 2012 with my Bachelor Of Science in Information Technology.  I received my diploma today and the biggest smile rolled over my face.  It feels good to be done with college.  The timing couldn’t have been better since we are expecting our first child in September.

    Morristown Shower

So July 14th was my third and final shower hosted by my wonderful mother in law Renaee.  The food was great (thanks to Megan’s Corner-same lady who did my wedding), the decorations adorable and of course the company was wonderful.  Surrounded by family and friends, Sean and I were blessed with some awesome gifts from everyone.  Again, this little boy is so spoiled already.  We received our bath, clothes, homemade blankets, a pack-n-play, diapers, wipes, and much more.  One of my favorite gifts was a cup, bowl, and plate set from Lyric and my Sister got me a scrapbooked baby book for Braxton.  She and Sean had secretly been working together to get some of it filled out and get pictures rounded up.  Love it!!!  Thanks to everyone who came and especially to Renaee who put a beautiful shower together.  We love you all.

    Crossville Baby Shower

Yesterday, Mom had a baby shower at her house.  Some of my best friends were there, family, and 1/2 the staff at my former elementary school were there!!!!  There was an unbelievable turn out, awesome food, and amazing gifts for our sweet baby boy.  Mom, Kelly, Vicki, Nancy, Jan and Rhonda really did a great job getting everything made and arranged and everything tasted awesome.  We had chocolate dipped strawberries, cupcakes, banana pudding, the most adorable fruit baby carriage (courtesy of Nancy Reed), veggies, cheese, etc.  There was about 25 people or more there and I really think everyone had a great time.   As you can  see below, we got a ton of awesome stuff from a bassinet, clothes, blankets, books, bath stuff, toys, a baby gate, our highchair, giftcards, etc.  I saw some of my former teachers and staff from South, got some great advice, and got to hang out with my besties.  I truly had an amazing day and am truly blessed to be surrounded by these family and friends.  Thank you to all who helped and attended.  Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.  Braxton is one lucky little boy.
